Laying Bricks

I have decided to pull out Blackbird Designs Garden of Life and work on it today and the rest of the week. I hope to make some progress on this piece. This is on Lakeside Linen 40ct. I love how delicate the stitches look on this count of fabric. I love watching the house take shape, next it's onto mortar :)



I have not been stitching to much of late. Work schedule has been crazy so I am looking forward to a few days of rest and relaxation.

    I also like these 36 and 40 counts but they're so tiring on the eyes. They give your stitchin immedietely a very delicate feeling! I hope you'll have lots of stitching time to enjoy the coming days.
