A finish, a finish

Can you see me jumping around?? I finally have a finish... Wow, it is about time. I can't remember when I started on this piece I just know that it now finished and that is all I care about now LOL

Ta-Da

This is Garden of Life by Blackbird Designs
Stitched on 40ct Maritime White

The one thing I do regret is starting this design smack dab in the middle of the fabric. This was a pretty large piece of fabric and by doing so the rest of the area is pretty much unusable, except for maybe some small ornaments.... Next time I will measure it out and utilize my fabric better.

So what to do next?? I think it will be another WIP. I HAVE to whittle down my WIP basket. It will make me feel better when I get ready to tackle my next big project, which will it be?? I have no clue Haha but best to make room for it..

To those that celebrate Easter I wish you a happy and blessed Easter. And a very happy Sunday to all. Many ((HUGS)) and happy stitching.

  2. Beautiful finish! I know what you mean about the fabric but I am getting better about measuring out the fabric. Then I cut it to size to not only do I save some for another project but it stays clean and it is easier to carry around. A Happy Blessed Easter Sunday to you too.
